VOLUNTEERING PROGRAMME | COVILHÃ INTERNATIONAL DESIGN TRIENNIAL 2025
Design has the power to connect people, ideas and territories. The first edition of the Covilhã International Design Triennial, which will take place between 21 March and 21 June 2025, is an inaugural milestone to celebrate creativity, innovation and artistic expression in the region, involving the city and its communities.
With the theme ‘Textile Landscapes’, the Triennial will feature a diverse programme, including exhibitions, conferences, workshops, urban installations and much more, occupying Covilhã’s cultural spaces, streets and squares. This event aims to highlight the best in contemporary design, both in Portugal and around the world, positioning Covilhã as a point of reference on the global creative scene.

Volunteering Conditions Covilhã Design Triennial 2025
Working hours
Variable – 8 hours maximum – full shifts or half shifts (4 hours)
Duration of Volunteering
21 March to 21 June 2025
Duties
Room assistant at exhibitions.
Support for conferences and other Triennial activities.
Conditions
– 8 hours a day (maximum)
– Hourly rate: €2.50 (subsistence allowance)
– Those working 8 hours receive + €5.00 / day for food support
– Payment made at the end of each month (receipt/individual payment required).
